VeganFoodWork is an independent food-discovery and editorial service. You may use the public website for personal restaurant research, travel planning, and food discovery in accordance with these terms and applicable law.

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, submit unlawful or deceptive material, or systematically copy, scrape, resell, or republish the database and editorial content without permission.

Listings, menus, prices, hours, branches, availability, and services can change. Vegan and vegan-friendly classifications reflect reviewed information available at the time stated; they are not a certification or guarantee.

VeganFoodWork does not provide medical or allergy advice. Ingredients, preparation methods, and cross-contact risks must be confirmed directly with the restaurant, especially for allergies, intolerances, religious requirements, pregnancy, or other safety-sensitive needs.

The website links to restaurant sites, reservation tools, social platforms, maps, and other third-party services. Their availability, content, security, transactions, and policies are controlled by those providers, not VeganFoodWork.

When you use Google Maps or Places features displayed through VeganFoodWork, you also agree to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Google photos, ratings, reviews, and related attribution remain Google or contributor content and are not VeganFoodWork editorial claims. When you submit a restaurant suggestion, correction, partnership inquiry, or other material, you confirm that the information is lawful and that you have the right to provide it. You give VeganFoodWork permission to use the submission to review, verify, improve, and operate relevant listings or business workflows.

Submission does not guarantee publication, a reply, a partnership, or a particular ranking. We may edit, reject, archive, or remove material when it is inaccurate, unsafe, duplicative, promotional, unlawful, or not useful to readers.

You must use an email address you control, keep access to your account secure, and provide accurate profile information. Some contribution programs may remain invitation-only. An account, restaurant claim, or restaurant membership may be suspended or revoked when needed to protect contributors, restaurants, readers, or the service.

Visit Notes must reflect a genuine first-hand experience and must not contain unlawful, deceptive, copied, promotional, harassing, or malicious material. Serious health or safety claims require careful handling and may remain private while they are reviewed. Approval is based on usefulness and authenticity, not whether a note is positive.

Restaurant claims and listing updates are reviewed before approval. Verified restaurant contacts may request factual corrections but cannot control VeganFoodWork classifications, verification, rankings, editorial opinions, or member contributions.

You retain ownership of original material you submit. You give VeganFoodWork a non-exclusive permission to store, review, edit for clarity and safety, attribute, publish, and display approved contributions as part of the service. Withdrawing an eligible Visit Note stops its future public display, but limited records may be retained for moderation, audit, legal, dispute, and abuse-prevention purposes.

Contribution credit, rewards, badges, or VeganFoodWork Pass benefits are not promised and have no cash value unless separate published rules say otherwise. Photo and video contributions are not currently enabled; any future media submission will require you to confirm the necessary rights and public-display consent.

Paid partnerships, affiliate relationships, complimentary experiences, and sponsored placements should be disclosed where they affect content. Payment does not purchase a false review, guaranteed positive verdict, or inaccurate vegan classification.

Restaurant and guide ordering can use relevance, location, editorial usefulness, verification, or product signals. A featured placement should not be treated as a health, safety, or quality guarantee.

The VeganFoodWork name, brand system, original writing, interface, structured guide data, and owned media are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, marks, photos, reviews, and other content belong to their respective owners.

You may share links to public pages and short attributed excerpts for ordinary non-commercial reference. Broader reproduction, commercial reuse, database extraction, or use of our brand in a way that suggests endorsement requires prior permission.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, VeganFoodWork does not promise that every page, listing, external link, or feature will always be accurate, complete, secure, or uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by law, VeganFoodWork is not responsible for indirect losses or for restaurant decisions, travel disruption, purchases, health outcomes, or third-party conduct arising from reliance on the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms as the product, business model, or legal requirements change. The updated date on this page identifies the current public version. Continuing to use the service after an update means the current terms apply to later use.
