It is both our endeavor and vision to provide our customers access to the highest quality Vegan products. To maintain and ensure such standards we only partner with brands that meet our minimum threshold of quality checks.
Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our products, all our items are Non-Returnable.
However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective, or different/wrong item delivered to you, we will provide a refund or replacement as applicable.
To raise a Replacement/Refund request, please send an email to email@example.com with the following details:-
1) Name of the product and the order ID along with a detailed description of the nature of the concern.
2) Images of the damaged product received.
3) This must be done within 2 days of receipt of the product. Disputes registered after 2 days of delivery shall be not be entertained.
Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement/refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
